Adoptadogboard.com was created to encourage dog adoption and further the cause of dog rescue in the United States.
Video screens primarily located in Veterinary offices display available local adoptable dogs, and money is raised for these rescues by screening images of local business sponsors and their dogs. A portion of this sponsor money also goes to participating veterinary offices as an offset for already discounted services provided to local animal rescues. This will ensure a greater targeted audience sees local adoptable dogs and is spurred to either adopt or share these dogs with their friends.
As we are web-based, sharing is simple. With growing regional usage the expectation is that public awareness of animal rescue will be raised and result in greater dog adoption and interaction with local animal rescue.
